After buying a one-way ticket from the UK 25 years ago, Rod Reece came to Australia with an Economics and Law Degree, and worked his way up in telco’s from door-to-door sales through to managing teams for years.
An urge to get away from the corporate pressures of never ending monthly sales targets, and a desire to spend around 12 weeks a year on holidays with the kids home from school, some sliding doors moments paved the way to the Dee Why, Hire A Hubby franchise territory.
Now a 2023 ‘Man in a Van’ Award winner, Rod has a great take on work-life balance and his keys to success in the franchise.
